Cassana Lemons is a New Jersey native who graduated from Weequahic High School in 1985. As a youth, she aspired to become an attorney, but that same passion of helping and representing others essentially shifted her into a different career path. Cassana landed a job at a bank working in accounts payable and worked her way up to an account manager in a Senior Accounts Clerk role. Life changes led Cassana to relocate to Houston, TX in the year 2000, where she continued her accounting career for a total of 28 years before returning to school and obtaining an associate degree from Houston Community College back in 2014. This milestone then guided
Cassana into entrepreneurship and equipped her to birth a
couple of businesses including a partnership called Elite Professional Services, and Account Pros. These two companies offer an extensive list of services including non-profit accounting, mobile notary services, small business consulting, payroll services, income tax preparation, and auditing. Cassana has been extremely active in pursuing her passion for helping others pursue their dreams and to be successful in life overall. Between the years of 2014 -2019 she has had many accomplishments and joined many organizations that have acted as a stepping stone on her continued journey of mentorship.

Cassana became a Certified Life Coach, in the midst of becoming an active member of organizations such as Houston Realtors Investors Network, Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce, Greater Houston Black Chamber of Commerce, the Women’s Realtors Investment Network and the NationalSociety of Leadership & Success, as well as a certified volunteer tutor with the Literacy Council of Fort Bend.In October 2019, Cassana started a group on Facebook that she thought would be a very small groupof women motivating each other through exercise and weight loss. This Facebook group, which she named “Sisters Motivating Sisters”, now has about 3800 members, and is steadily growing each day.Sisters Motivating Sisters has become a platform for female entrepreneurs to network with eachother and help each other become successful through referrals and resources.
